Restaurant General Manager

to lead our small, professional team across all dining spaces

from the refined elegance of the Ondine Oyster and Grill, to relaxed afternoons in Bow Butts Bar and light bites in The Board Room.Whats the role?

Youll be the driving force behind everything food and drink at Seaton House

leading day-to-day operations, inspiring your team to deliver warm, polished service, and ensuring our guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.Youll oversee:All FandB outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining, private dining)

Menu coordination and supplier relationships (with our Head Chef)

Guest feedback and experience design

Budgeting, stock control and compliance

Coaching and mentoring of your team

What are we looking for?

Someone who lives and breathes hospitality. Youll:Bring experience leading FandB teams at a luxury or boutique level

Know how to manage the detail while keeping your eye on the big picture

Have a confident, calm presence with guests and team alike

Be passionate about showcasing local ingredients and Scottish heritage

Love creating unforgettable moments, from breakfast through to nightcap
