The position offers clear career development, structured training, and long-term stability.Key Responsibilities:Install GRP riser flooring, platforms, pit covers, and access structuresRead and interpret drawings, plans, and method statementsCut, fit, and assemble materials to precise specificationsSet out risers and complete installations to a high-quality standardSupport day-to-day site activities under a Site Supervisor or ManageMaintain tools, equipment, and PPE to company proceduresFollow all Health and Safety regulations, including PUWER and LOLERReport progress, defects, and material requirementMaintain tidy and well-organised working areasTake part in training and work towards an NVQ Level 2 qualificationRequirements:Previous hands-on construction or site installation experienceExperience with GRP materials or access flooring systems (advantageous)Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsWillingness to travel nationwide (Monday-Friday) with overnight staysCSCS card (essential)Full UK Driving Licence (essential)PASMA, IPAF, or Harness and Lanyard certification (desirable)PTS certif
