Client Services Executive Apparel Location: Hammersmith, London Salary: £27,000 + benefits Job type: Full-time, Permanent Working pattern: Office-based initially, with some home working available after full training We are looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic graduate or early-career candidate to join a well-established London-based business specialising in bespoke uniforms and apparel. This is a varied junior role supporting the Account Management team and helping to keep client orders and projects running smoothly from order through to delivery. You don''t need previous experience in apparel or Account Management. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in apparel, clothing, fashion or textiles, keen to learn, good with people and comfortable using computers and learning new systems. The Role Working alongside the Account Managers, you will be involved in: Supporting Account Managers with client orders and projects, communicating with clients by phone and email. Processing orders, updating internal systems and preparing reports and spreadsheets. Checking stock, garments and samples to make sure everything is correct. Arranging and tracking deliveries and following up with suppliers and couriers. Coordinating embroidery, tagging and other garment requirements.
