Hays has been appointed by this company to recruit an Administrator / Parts Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position. It is an office-based role and the working days are Monday to Friday.Your new role In your role, you will work within the spare parts and servicing departments where there is a strong ethos of customer satisfaction, focusing on after-sales customer care to maximise customer productivity and output. As Administrator / Parts Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail. You will be responsible for the identification of spare parts using online machine manuals and technical diagrams. Assisting in the sourcing of parts identified by customers and site engineers. Advising on parts availability, pricing, and lead times. Liaising with the Warranty department case owners and ensuring timely processing of returns. You will be responsible for maintaining an accurate internal stock control system, co-ordinating transportation of parts via couriers and tracking deliveries for customers.
