We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our production processes and ensure the highest standards are met. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team in a chilled food production environment.Operate and oversee machinery to ensure efficient production.Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including handling and IOSH level standards.Ensure quality control with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.Implement and monitor KPIs, lean principles, and six sigma methodologies.Utilise Microsoft Excel and Sage for data management and reporting.Qualifications:GCSE equivalent in Maths and English.Proven background in food production.Strong leadership skills with hands-on experience.Food hygiene certification.Experience in a lean principal environment, preferably six sigma trained.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage is a plus.Personal Attributes:Excellent communication skills.Strong front-line leadership abilities.Stable work history with a spread of experience in chilled food production.Why Join Us?Competitive starting salary with an increase after training.Opportunity to trans
