Freelance Site Manager Location: BracknellContract: FreelanceDuration: 6 MonthsStart: ASAP We''re working with a well-established Construction Management company delivering a high-profile project in Bracknell, and they''re looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join the team.This is a key role on a fast-paced job, overseeing both the engineering/automation package and the internal fit-out works. Your Role:Oversee and coordinate the engineering and automation installation, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the overall construction programme.Manage the fit-out package including finishes, internal MandE coordination, and specialist installations.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to maintain high standards of quality, health and safety, and programme compliance.Ensure accurate reporting, snagging, and site documentation. What We''re Looking For:Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or distribution centre projects.Strong background in fit-out and ideally some exposure to automation/engineering packages.SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certified and HandS qualification (Desirable)A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills.Able to hit the ground running and confidently lead subcontractor coordination on a live site.
