QA Auditor Elland 40 Hours Rotational Shift £12.24 p/h QA Auditor The Role Having previous experience within food manufacturing operations, you will be working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the required food safety and quality standards are adhered to at all times and to assure product integrity. QA Auditor Main Responsibilities Improvement and Maintenance of Food Safety, Hygiene and Quality Standards Understand and assist in maintaining and updating of the company s HACCP system (HACCP Team Member) As an SME - Ensure the continuous compliance with customer specific metal prevention code of practice and involvement in managing incidents and liaising with the appropriate teams. To identify non-conformances against agreed standards, specifications and or procedures following the sites Non-Conformance Procedure and taking an active part in the investigation with the relevant teams. Ensure site specific food safety and quality standards are understood and achieved. Play a leading role in the Quality and Technical procedural training within all departments. To stop lines/cease factory activities in the event of a serious non-conformance which could pose an actual or potential food safety or Quality concern. Customer Complaint Investigations where required. Approval and review of process and ingredient deviations.
