You''ll combine hands on engineering with leading a small team, helping shape technical decisions, improve software quality and deliver features. Around 60 to 70% of your time will focus on technical work, with the remainder covering team leadership, reviews and removing blockers. The team already uses AI coding agents extensively. You''ll help turn business requirements into clear specifications, direct agents, review their output and validate the resulting software. Working primarily with Angular and PHP, with React Native used for mobile applications. Reviewing code, challenging technical decisions and maintaining engineering standards.
