Role: Occupational Health AdvisorLocation: DerbyshireHours: 4 days per weekSalary: Up to £50kCases: 4 per dayAmber Mace are working with a client looking for an OH Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced in-house Occupational Health service.This is a hands-on clinical role where you will be delivering high-quality occupational health advice, managing a varied caseload, and supporting employees and managers with timely, practical guidance.You ll be joining a supportive but high-performing team where no two days are the same, and responsiveness really matters.Key Responsibilities- Managing a varied occupational health caseload (approx. 4 cases per day, flexible)- Delivering fitness for work assessments and management referrals- Supporting return-to-work and absence management processes- Providing clear, practical clinical advice to managers and HR- Working as part of a multidisciplinary OH team- Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to KPI delivery- Supporting a proactive, preventative approach to workforce healthAbout You- Registered Nurse- OH qualification ideal (10+ years experience if no qualification)- Strong case management experience- Confident delivering clear, evidence-based OH advice- Able to manage workload effectively in a busy environment- Strong communicator with good stakeholder engagement skills- Comfortable working onsite as part of a teamWhat We Offer- Competitive salary up to £50,000- Supportive, established OH team- Opportunity to work in a servi
