As a Trainee Contracts Manager, you will bring construction experience, preferably in grounds work, will be organised, structured and be used to thinking on your feet and use your own initiative. -

Key responsibilities for a Trainee Contracts Manager

• Site visits to meet with Site Managers and the team, taking notes and reporting back to the Contracts Manager
• Ensuring everything on site runs smoothly and efficiently, chasing information and reviewing labour
• Liaising with clients
• Picking up design changes

Experience required for a Trainee Contracts Manager

• Construction background (preferably in grounds work)
• Able to read construction drawings
• Excellent communication skills
