This position will involve being exposed to a great variety of commercial property matters including:- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. Landlord and Tenant. Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements Landlord and tenant leasing and management documentation Acquiring investment properties Development sales and letting agreements Secured lending transactions with banks and other lenders Overseeing the acquisition, management and sale of real estate properties. The successful individual will have the following attributes:- Qualified Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 8+ years PQE Technical proficiency in a range of company property matters Excellent communication skills Enthusiastic with a desire for business development A strong ambitious team player.
