Senior Customer Service Executive

Salary: Up to -30,000 + Benefits

Location: Southwark, London (Hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days home)

We''re looking for an experienced Asset Finance Customer Service professional to join a growing finance business in a senior-level role.

This position is ideal for someone who already understands asset finance products and processes and is ready to use that knowledge to support colleagues, handle more complex enquiries, and help drive service excellence.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Managing complex customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Handling settlements, refinancing queries, account amendments, refunds, cash allocation, agreement unwinds and exposure calculations.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for asset finance customer service processes.
• Supporting and coaching colleagues on systems, procedures and best practice.
• Assisting with onboarding and training new team members.
• Helping resolve customer complaints and escalations.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.

What We''re Looking For

Asset Finance experience is preferred however, we welcome candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Hire Purchase (HP)
• Leasing
• Refinancing
• Asset-backed lending
• Asset Finance customer service and/or operations

You''ll also need:

• Previous experience in a senior customer service, operations, or account management role.
• Strong working knowledge of asset finance customer journeys and processes.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting colleagues.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
