Site Manager-

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee fa-ade works on a student accommodation project in Durham.

This is a long-term opportunity with an established contractor, starting mid-August.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card
• Proven experience managing fa-ade or external envelope projects
• Strong health & safety knowledge and the ability to manage subcontractors and site operations effectively
