We are seeking a proactive and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our client and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their warehouse operations during the night shift.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods using Counterbalance and Reach Forklift trucksLead, coach, and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiencyEnsure compliance with health and safety policies and promote a safe working environmentMonitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and auditsCommunicate effectively with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfactionIdentify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimise workflowRequirements:Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader roleStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantageFlexible, reliable, and committed to team success If you''re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environm
