Customer Service Representative?Starting Salary £26,500, with £1,000 increase with each year of service up to £30,500Offices conveniently located within a few minutes'' walk of Birmingham International train station or alternatively we provide free onsite car parking.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be speaking to a diverse range of customers. We will provide you with the training required for you to take ownership of customer problems and take them through to a full resolution.Excellent customer service is key to yours and our success.
