Salary: £120 - £140 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a large, mainstream secondary school in Shirehampton that has achieved a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating. The school is known for its inclusive ethos, strong leadership, and clear behaviour systems, creating a positive learning environment where staff are supported and students are encouraged to reach their full potential.

The school is looking to take on a confident Cover Supervisor on a day-to-day basis with an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, maintaining high expectations in the classroom, and supporting students, including those who may display challenging behaviour. A proactive and adaptable approach is essential for this Cover Supervisor role.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with secondary school students in a classroom or similar setting
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Confidence delivering pre-set lessons across KS3 / KS4
• A flexible and adaptable approach to day-to-day work
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A resilient and proactive attitude
