The Job you ll do Perform product and process inspections to verify compliance with customer, engineering and company requirements. Act as the site''s Quality Controller during the start-up phase until the quality team is established. Review inspection records, test results and manufacturing documentation. Manage non-conforming products and coordinate containment activities. Conduct first-off, in-process and final inspections as required. Support production teams with quality-related decision-making and problem resolution. Establish inspection standards, quality checkpoints and control plans. Develop inspection documentation and quality records. Analyse quality performance data and identify improvement opportunities. Support customer inspections and audits. Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System. Lead the implementation and ongoing development of ISO 9001. Prepare the business for certification and surveillance audits. Drive quality assurance and quality control activities across the site. Lead internal audits and audit programmes. Develop and maintain CAPA processes. Lead root cause investigations and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented. Promote a strong behavioural safety culture. Champion employee wellbeing initiatives.
