You ll be the first voice customers hear when they call to place orders, ask questions, or explore products. Using your natural persuasion skills, you ll promote, sell, and guide customers to the right solutions while keeping your KPIs firmly in sight. You ll manage the full order cycle too, from quote to delivery, staying organised, proactive, and ready to chase updates so customers are always kept in the loop.
