We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Cutover Manager to lead and coordinate the business-facing activities associated with a major Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. The successful candidate will take ownership of business cutover planning, coordination and execution, ensuring that business functions, stakeholders, processes and operational teams are fully prepared for the transition to Oracle Fusion. This is a business-focused cutover role, not a technical cutover or data migration position. The individual must have strong experience managing complex ERP go-lives, ideally within Oracle Fusion Cloud, and be comfortable coordinating multiple business functions and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Business Cutover Planning andamp; Management Develop and own the end-to-end business cutover strategy, plan and execution schedule. Identify and coordinate all business activities required before, during and after go-live. Manage business cutover milestones, dependencies, risks and critical paths. Coordinate business readiness across Finance, Procurement, HR and other relevant functions. Work closely with the technical cutover manager, Programme Manager and functional leads to align business and technical activities.
