PCR ltd are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Site Manager / Construction Lead to take on an exciting commercial project on a permanant basis. This is a senior position that requires a strong individual to take responsibility for the overall delivery of key projects from piling through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Serve as the Construction Lead, managing all aspects of project delivery from piling to completion, reporting directly to the Project Manager. Overall Responsibility for Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. (Alongside the Project Manager) Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Site Management Team to ensure smooth operation and execution of the project. Progamming: keep the programme on track and foresee any potential problems that may arise throughout the delivery of the project Project Completion: Oversee the final stages of the project, ensuring successful handover and client satisfaction. Key Requirements: Relevant Experience: Proven experience in commercial developments, groundworks and piling through to frames and facade, internal fit-out and handover. Health and Safety Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and third parties.
