Team Leader - Grounds Maintenance Location: HempsteadSalary: £31,000 per annumThe Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join a growing team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across residential developments in Hempstead.This is a hands-on role where you will lead and support a small team, ensuring landscaped areas are maintained to a high standard while providing excellent customer service and maintaining safe working practices.Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate a small grounds maintenance team.Carry out a wide range of grounds maintenance duties, including: Grass cutting and mowingHedge trimming and pruningWeeding and plantingLitter pickingLeaf clearanceGeneral upkeep of landscaped areas Plan and coordinate daily work schedules to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.Communicate professionally with residents, clients, and the office team.Carry out basic checks and maintenance of tools, machinery, and vehicles.Ensure all Health and Safety procedures and company policies are followed.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
