Compass Pools by Waterstream is a leading UK provider of luxury pool installation and maintenance. We''re hiring a Pool Service Engineer to carry out servicing, diagnostics and repairs on high-end residential and commercial pools, based from our West Sussex office with travel across the UK. What you''ll do: - Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and pool cleans - Diagnose and repair pool plant equipment (heating, filtration, dosing, control systems) - Resolve issues on-site, minimising downtime for clients - Report back clearly to the Service Office after each job What you''ll need (essential): - A valid UK driving licence - Background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC engineering (pool-specific experience not required, full training given) - Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients Nice to have: - Existing pool servicing or water chemistry experience Travel: Typically 1 night away per week.
