Feel Good was established in 2014 by South-West London charity Regenerate to support young people aged 16-25 who face barriers to employment. Through our coffee shops and cart, we provide paid employment, training and mentoring, helping young people build confidence, develop skills and take positive steps towards their future. As we continue to grow, we''re looking for someone who is passionate about leading a team, delivering excellent coffee and customer service, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive. As Site Lead, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Tooting coffee shop, overseeing operations, supporting and developing our supervisors, maintaining high standards and finding ways to grow sales. You''ll play a key role in coaching and mentoring young people through real-life work experience, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals.
