The setting is committed to supporting young people with additional needs to access meaningful work placements, develop their independence and successfully transition into paid employment.The setting is looking to appoint a Job Coach on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week for 36 working weeks per year, with some evening and weekend flexibility required. The successful Job Coach will support young people at college and in the workplace, including job matching, workplace risk assessments, systematic instruction, independent travel and working closely with employers to establish appropriate natural support.The successful Job Coach will have: Experience supporting young people with additional needsExperience providing mentoring, coaching or employment-related supportThe ability to build positive relationships with young people and employersAn understanding of workplace risk assessments and safe working practicesStrong communication and organisational skillsFlexibility to work evenings and ..... full job details .....
