This is a hands-on field service role where no two days are the same. You''ll be installing, calibrating, and servicing high-end metrology equipment while providing first-class customer support and technical expertise. What you''ll do: Install, calibrate and service advanced tool presetting and inspection machines. Respond to breakdowns and provide remote or on-site support. Manage your own schedule, plan site visits, and document all work accurately. Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Identify process improvements and contribute to service efficiency. What you''ll need: Background in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering. Previous experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support. Confidence in diagnosing and resolving faults independently. Strong communication and customer service skills.
