Key responsibilities will include: Preparing legal documents and general correspondence from dictation including: General correspondenceTyping of Financial Consent OrdersForms E and collating all documents referred to in financial proceedingsBriefs to CounselCollating papers to be sent with Brief Liaising with Counsel''s clerk as to availability and progresspreparation of electronic court bundles.Children Act proceedings, the typing of orders, preparing court bundles and liaising with clients in a sympathetic wayTyping cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and change of name deedsTaking telephone calls and relaying accurate messagesDiary management and arranging appointmentsMonitoring deadlines in respect of client affairsMaintaining files, day to day administrative duties iMaintaining and building successful relationships with clients and colleagues.
