Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable and growing contractor delivering projects across Manchester and the North West.

This role will see you managing Extra Care and Residential Apartment developments with project values of up to -10 million, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role:

• Day to day management of site operations
• Coordination of subcontractors and site teams.
• Maintaining health, safety and quality standards.
• Monitoring programme and project progress
• Liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Driving successful project delivery from start to completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering residential and/or extra care projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent understanding of construction processes and health & safety requirements
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
• Ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders effectively
