Civils Project Manager Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Job Type: Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Civils Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from mobilisation through to completion. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to specification and within budget. You will manage site teams, subcontractors, resources and client relationships while monitoring progress and resolving any issues that could affect programme or performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are delivered to programme, specification and budget. Take overall responsibility for health and safety compliance and safe working practices on site. Lead and manage site teams, labour and subcontractors effectively. Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project. Act as a key point of contact for clients and communicate project progress clearly and professionally. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Ensure adequate labour resources are available to meet programme requirements. Coordinate material and plant deliveries in line with procurement and project programmes. Monitor the quality of workmanship carried out by subcontractors and site teams.
