Our client is seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support students with a range of learning disabilities and complex needs, including social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), ASD, behavioural needs and personal care requirements.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing, well-resourced setting that offers excellent support and training for staff committed to inclusive education.The Role:Support students of all age groups (from 3-19)Assist with daily routines, learning activities, personal care, and mobility needsWork collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staffUse non-verbal communication strategiesPromote a safe, structured and caring environment for learning and developmentRequirements:Experience in SEND, care, or educational settingsComfortable with personal care and high-needs supportPatient, kind-natured and physically fit for a hands-on roleEnhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
