This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting young people to achieve both academically and personally.The school is committed to creating a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in helping students develop positive behaviours, improve attendance, increase engagement in lessons and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.The RoleYou will work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4 who require additional behavioural, emotional or pastoral support.
