Role: Repairs Manager
Location: Leicester
Rate: -350400 per day (initial 5-month contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of response supervisors

• Oversee the delivery of responsive repair works, ensuring deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met

• Work closely with scheduling teams to optimise workforce deployment

• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally

• Monitor on-site staff for compliance with health & safety, professional conduct, and workmanship standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social housing repairs is essential

• Strong background in managing maintenance and repair operations

• Previous line management experience

• Relevant trade-based qualifications

• Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations
