culturally connected ,

strategically minded and action orientated

associate director with big consumer brand experience to work across clients that might include Evian and KFC.We need a motivated leader with 10+ years’ experience of inspiring teams to deliver fame making campaigns that deliver impact in earned and social, that appeal to Gen Z audiences and excite both clients and agency staff. We want someone with the charm, smarts, counsel and proactivity to manage senior clients, large agency teams and form part of the senior team within consumer brands at freuds.We value connectivity, hustle and collaboration. We want high energy, motivational leadership and ambition.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to inform and influence integrated comms strategies, and knowledge and confidence to articulate the power of earned in an interagency collaborative working groupDeep understanding of new media earned media strategies to maximize reach and engagement of campaigns across social, content creators and publicationsAbility to manage a response to a client brief end to end, directing and project managing from taking client brief to delivery of presentation. You will have excellent presentation skills, deck writing capabilities and ability to collaborate with the necessary specialist strategy and creative team to build the responseYou will be able to manage six-figure plus campaigns, lead and inspire a team to deliver above and beyond expectationsProblem solver, calm in a crisis, solutions focused to ensure campaigns are delivered in time, within budget and on targetMust have operated as a primary, day to day client lead responsible for the smooth running of the accountShould be comfortable running meetings and playing an active role alongside our partners across the integrated marketing mix freuds offersProviding immediate communications support for senior clients including acting as the primary contact for out of hours assistance when neededProactively nurturing and building internal and external networks of influential contacts from journalists, content creators, influencers, talent, and other relevant third partiesLine managing and mentoring junior team members, including responsibility for their evaluation and professional developmentEmbrace our cornerstones of Love and Work, which require a passion for what we do and an ability to persevere. In addition, you will take an active role in our belonging values – collaborating to achieve common goals, connecting with one another in an authentic way, sharing our perspectives and embracing others, and actively supporting each other and our experiences.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseIdeally have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in consumer, culture led brand communications largely within agencySeasoned and confident client handler with experience of advising at senior levelsExcellent time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, managing your own work and that of othersExperience in a senior management role leading people and teams, and a track record in industry leading consumer brand campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence clients and colleaguesEnthusiasm and a ‘can-do’, proactive attitude.Ability to interact with and gain the trust of senior clients and colleaguesKnowledge and ability to articulate a POV on the role of earned, the future amongst a fragmented media landscape and the drive to constantly challenge and evolve how things are done to improve through innovationLove and Work are our cornerstones.
