We are recruiting for Graduates to join our Corporate Quality team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. As a Corporate Quality Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across critical areas of product integrity, regulatory compliance, cost control, and customer satisfaction—all vital to upholding McLaren’s world-class standards.Programme

This is a two-year rotational programme (4 x 6-month placements) designed to build your knowledge of the entire product lifecycle—from concept through to customer delivery—while helping you develop the skills required for a successful career in quality management and automotive operations.Please note this is an onsite position.
