SaaS Software Configuration andamp; Support Engineer My rapidly expanding and dynamic SaaS client urgently requires two experienced SaaS engineers to help with the deployment and integration of their innovative vendor management platform for their FTSE100 client. Skills and experience as below. This will be a role for practical and delivery-focused engineers. Key technical experience: Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting SaaS platforms within AWS-hosted enterprise environments Proven background working across DEV, TEST, QA, Pre-Prod and Production environments Experience supporting Agile delivery teams operating in fast-paced sprint and iteration-based delivery models Skilled in creation and maintenance of custom fields, workflows, forms, business rules and platform configuration Strong deployment and release management experience including configuration migration and environment promotion Experience supporting CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines across multiple environments Ability to troubleshoot complex platform, configuration and environment issues quickly and effectively Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS delivery, configuration governance and change management Practical experience using JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, defect management and workflow progression Experience supporting UAT, defect triage and resolution activities during testing cycles Ability to work closely with Architecture, Product, Integration, Customer Success
