Service Supervisor Industrial Refrigeration Location: Bristol We are recruiting for a Service Supervisor to join an established and growing industrial refrigeration business, supporting its Bristol operations across the South West. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced refrigeration engineer who has experience in team supervisors and client facing experience looking to progress into a supervisory position, or an existing supervisor seeking a role with a well established business offering longterm stability and opportunities for growth. The role is supported by a strong portfolio of established service and maintenance contracts across the food and beverage industry. You''ll be responsible for overseeing a team of circa six service engineers, ensuring the smooth delivery of service, maintenance and reactive works across the region. The position offers a varied working week, combining time in the Bristol office with visits to customer sites, providing a good balance between technical involvement, team leadership and operational responsibilities.
