Registered ManagerDuration: 3 months Hours: 36 hours per week Rate: 265 umbrella a day ( 200 PAYE a day)Southwark Council are looking for a Registered Manager to join their CQC Registered Residential Respite Unit (rated Good) that supports adults with learning disabilities and autism, addressing a wide range of diverse and complex needsResponsibilities:Support and encourage the development of skills, growth and fulfilment for the adults staying at the respite unitInspire and guide your team, helping them reach their full potentialBuild meaningful relationships, communicate effectively and foster strong engagement with both families and service users, making a real difference for adults with learning disabilities and autism Requirements:Understands the needs of adults with learning disabilities, autism and those who display behaviours of concernHold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Social CarePossess knowledge and understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities, autism and individuals with behaviour concernExperience with budget management, analysis and monitoringThorough knowledge of CQC regulations, the Care Act 2014 and the governance of CQC registered care homesExperience working with adults with learning disabilities in a residential environment
