Senior Estimator Location: Cardiff or Bristol Permanent £85,000-£95,000 + Package The Company: We are working with a leading UK construction and regeneration contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team, based from either their Cardiff or Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business delivering a diverse portfolio of construction projects, with a strong focus on quality, collaboration and sustainable growth. The Role: As Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction process, taking responsibility for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates across a range of projects. Working closely with bid teams, commercial colleagues and operational teams, you will help develop robust pricing strategies and contribute to successful tender submissions. Key Responsibilities: Preparing detailed cost estimates, tender pricing and bills of quantities for a range of construction projects. Reviewing tender documentation, drawings and specifications to identify project requirements, risks and opportunities. Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive and accurate pricing. Working collaboratively with bid managers, quantity surveyors, planners and operational teams throughout the tender process.
