The Role This varied position combines customer service, order processing and administrative support. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, supporting trade partners with orders and helping coordinate shipments, including those for Ireland and international markets. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer queries are resolved quickly and professionally.
