SEND HLTA - MLD, SLD, ASC, complex needs Location: Swindon Pay: £100 - £175 per day Type: fixed-term contract Hours: Full time Dates: 22/04/2025 - 22/07/2025 Elementa are recruiting for an experienced SEND HLTA to work at this special school setting for children aged 3 - 11, that have Multiple Learning Difficulties and additional complex needs. All of the children at this school are in the Primary age phase and have an EHCP for their condition. The school are seeking an HLTA with relevant SEND experience of having worked extensively with children that have MLD and other complex needs. At this school the class sizes vary from 10 - 12 children and there are usually 5 adults supporting teaching and learning in the classroom. The School have a broad curriculum offering to support the varied needs of each child and includes outdoor learning as part of their curriculum. The school enjoys modern school buildings and a positive colleague culture which leads to a highly collaborative staff team. This role is to provide support across KS1 and KS2 classes and also offer support for PPA release time.
