This is a hands-on technical role focused on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise Wintel infrastructure within a complex, high-security setting.Working as part of an established infrastructure team, you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support across core services and platforms, taking ownership of technical incidents, problem resolution, system improvements, and infrastructure life cycle activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd and 3rd line support for Windows-based infrastructure and core servicesAdminister and support Active Directory environments, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user/device managementSupport and maintain VMware virtualised infrastructure environmentsInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure incidents and problemsPerform system patching, upgrades, maintenance, and life cycle management activitiesImplement and maintain security best practices within a highly regulated environmentCreate and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooksWork closely with infrastructure, network, and security teams to support business-critical servicesContribute to ..... full job details .....
