1st and 2nd Line Support technicians are required by this MSP due to end-client growth. You must be able to demonstrate either 1st line or 2nd line duties across new ICT equipment and network system components, including hardware. Client facing, you will be able to liaise confidently and clearly about any planned maintenance which may affect availability.
