Internal Sales Executive - Fire, Security and Smart Home

Now, thanks to another promotion from within our team, we re looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join us. This is your chance to: Earn uncapped commission while hitting achievable targets. Learn and grow fast, with full training, regular coaching, and a clear path into account management or field sales. Work with exciting tech, from cutting-edge security to luxury smart home automation. Build your career in a supportive, fast-paced, and ambitious sales team. What you ll be doing Responding to inbound calls, emails, and live chat leads from new and existing customers. Quoting and selling smaller service works (up to £1,000 Fire and Security / £4,000 Smart Home). Managing the "new occupier" process to smoothly onboard new customers. Supporting field sales with administration, reporting, and follow-up. Playing a key role in hitting team sales targets and celebrating the wins. What we re looking for You re motivated by targets and the chance to increase your earnings through commission. You re organised, proactive, and confident working in a busy environment. You have strong communication skills and enjoy solving customer problems. CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) would be a bonus, but not essential.
