You will create engaging and supportive learning experiences that enable every pupil to make meaningful progress-academically, socially and emotionally. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver teaching for individual pupils or small groups, following the School''s Curriculum Framework and associated policies. Monitor, assess, record and report on each student''s progress, ensuring learning is appropriately challenging and personalised. Contribute to whole school development, supporting initiatives linked to the School Development Plan. Promote pupils'' educational, physical and moral development, in alignment with Company values and policies.
