A leading global organisation is undertaking a major HR technology transformation, moving from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors. They require a Global People Data andamp; Reporting Lead to take ownership of people data quality, governance, migration, and reporting throughout the programme. Overview The Global People Data andamp; Reporting Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end people data transformation, ensuring data is cleansed, standardised, secure, and fit for migration into SAP SuccessFactors. The role will also design and deliver scalable reporting and analytics capabilities to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on, global role working closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external partners within a complex transformation environment. Key Responsibilities Lead global people data cleansing, transformation, and migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Establish and embed data governance, data quality, and privacy controls (GDPR) Act as HR Data Steward, aligning with enterprise data governance and security standards Deliver secure, scalable reporting and analytics (SuccessFactors, Power BI or similar) Own data and reporting workstreams within the HRIS implementation programme
