This role involves liaising with employees, managers, and HR to ensure timely and accurate reporting, leave management, and data submission. Key Responsibilities:Maintain and administer the time and attendance system (Google Appsheet).Ensure accurate entry of hours, leave, and overtime.Act as the first point of contact for time and attendance queries.Generate regular reports for payroll and management.Support HR admin tasks including new hire forms and payroll input sheets.Resolve system errors and ensure data integrity. Requirements:2+ years'' experience in HR or payroll administration.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
