This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of critical building services within a high-profile commercial site.As a Shift Leader, you will take charge of a medium sized team of Engineers, ensuring the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services to meet both client and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of engineers during your shift to deliver high-quality maintenance and operational services. Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks are completed efficiently and in line with SLAs and KPIs. Oversee critical systems (e.g., HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical systems) and respond promptly to any faults or issues. Manage the handover process between shifts, ensuring all updates and outstanding issues are clearly communicated. Carry out risk assessments, ensure permit-to-work compliance, and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Assist with training and development of the engineering team, ensuring skills and knowledge are kept up-to-date.
