Key Responsibilities 60% - zScaler Global Implementation Support and drive the global rollout of zScaler Internet Access (ZIA) and zScaler Private Access (ZPA).Configure, deploy, and optimise zScaler solutions across multiple regions.Work closely with security, infrastructure, and network teams to ensure smooth integration.Troubleshoot performance issues, policy configurations, and user access flows.Provide technical guidance and documentation for regional teams. 20% - BAU Networking Provide operational support for day-to-day network activities.Troubleshoot L2/L3 network issues across WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi environments.Review and maintain network configurations, monitoring, and performance tuning. 20% - Azure Networking and Cloud Support Azure networking workloads as part of the Cloud First initiative.Configure and maintain Azure VN
