The Role

Working as part of the project delivery team, you will take ownership of document control processes across live construction projects, ensuring all technical documentation is accurately managed, distributed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients, ensuring information is controlled efficiently, project documentation is up to date and digital systems are used effectively across the business.

About You

We''re looking for someone who has previous experience within a construction Document Controller role and enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment.

Ideally you''ll have:

• Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
• Experience using Viewpoint for Projects (VfP).
• Experience using Field View would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across project teams.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• An understanding of digital document management and construction information processes.
