What you''ll be doing as the Senior Project Manager:

• Leading the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as their key point of contact.
• Developing project strategies and ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Preparing cost plans, feasibility studies and option appraisals.
• Managing risk, change control and value management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Overseeing procurement strategies and supply chain management.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.
• Chairing project meetings and providing leadership across project teams.
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues, helping to develop talent within the business.

What we''re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of both pre- and post-contract project delivery.
• Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
