Do you have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, driving performance and have a technical understanding of both race operations and client event management? The company is a leading supplier of high-performance vehicles. They specialise in the conversion of the Porsche 911 for rally racing, and they also will create new performance vehicles created by their internal teams. The successful candidate will be taking charge of the motorsport department, leading and developing new improvement within the company and providing strategic oversight over new vehicle readiness. This position will be office based with some overseas travel.
